How do you handle fear and self-doubt.

I don’t run into fear and self‑doubt very often anymore — not because I’m fearless, but because life has already handed me bigger things to survive.

When fear shows up, I usually just keep moving. I’ve learned that action quiets the noise faster than overthinking ever will.

And self‑doubt? I treat it like background static. I hear it, but I don’t let it steer. I’ve rebuilt myself enough times to trust that I can figure things out as I go.

I’m not fearless. I’m just practiced.
